Finalit� del trattamento:

Le finalit� del trattamento sono strettamente connesse e strumentali alla gestione del rapporto professionale, quali:

trattamento dei dati per lo svolgimento delle pratiche commerciali, amministrative e/o derivanti da obblighi di legge;
informazioni sulle iniziative promosse dal sottoindicato titolare del trattamento ai fini di cui sopra;
invio di documentazione informativa o riferita alle pratiche commerciali ed amministrative di cui sopra.

Modalit� del trattamento:

Il trattamento sar� effettuato con l�ausilio dei moderni strumenti informatici e/o manualmente e ad opera di soggetti di ci� appositamente incaricati.

Ambito di comunicazione e diffusione:

La comunicazione e la diffusione sono strettamente funzionali all�attivit� del sotto indicato Titolare del trattamento, quali:

comunicazione dei dati dell�interessato ad altri soggetto operanti nell�ambito di attivit� connesse, necessarie per il compito dell�incarico affidato (quali ad esempio quelle relative a effettuazione visure catastali, planimetrie, protesti, ecc.) e/o al fine di stipulare polizze assicurative a copertura dei rischi inerenti l�operazione oggetto di incarico.

Natura del conferimento:

Il conferimento dei dati � per Lei obbligatorio in quanto � necessario per l�assolvimento degli obblighi contrattuali/contabili/fiscali.

Il titolare rende noto, inoltre, che l�eventuale non comunicazione, o comunicazione errata, di una delle informazioni obbligatorie, ha come conseguenze emergenti:

l�impossibilit� del titolare di garantire la congruit� del trattamento stesso ai patti contrattuali per cui esso sia eseguito;
la possibile mancata corrispondenza dei risultati del trattamento stesso agli obblighi imposti dalla normativa fiscale/amministrativa cui esso � indirizzato.

Lei potr� far valere i Suoi diritti come espressi dagli artt. 7.,8.,9.,10. del D.Lgs. 30 giugno 2003 n. 196, rivolgendosi al Titolare del trattamento.
